De Duitse boeker vroeg naast de technical rider om een hospitality rider.
Dat is een lijst met dingen die je van een zaal wil, als je er komt optreden.
Geen idee waar te beginnen, maar met de rider van een Franse technoband als voorbeeld, was het goed te doen.
Sommige dingen lijken overbodig, maar de ervaring leert dat de meeste zalen zo hun eigen gedachten hebben over hospitality.
Suggesties zijn welkom.

!!Important: one of our bandmember has an nutallergy. one nut can kill him!!

Tour party: 4 people (to be confirmed)

accommodations: 1 to 4 rooms, seperate beds. Within 15 min of the venue including late morning breakfast.

catering: bread, cheese and butter (enough for
afternoon.)
fresh and dry fruit, chocolate and candies.
tea & coffee, fruit juice, water, beer.

meal: One vegetarian with a nut allergy(!) .
please no junk food, pizzas and burgers, we prefer
any light hot cooked meal with vegetables. if it is
not possible to eat 2 hours before the show, we
prefer to eat after the show. local food specialities
and red wine appreciated...

parking: thanks for providing/indicating secure and nearby
parking for 1 bus next to venue and hotel.

guest list: up to 6 guests to be announced the day of the
show.

sound check: we need from 30 to 45 minutes for a sound-check
and around 15 minutes for a line-check (depending on venue),
thanks for providing help for in load and especially out load of our material.

promo: thanks for working on local promo and collecting
for us all flyer, press & promo you can... we will
send you promo material if asked in advance...
