I read about your pesto-making adventure a while ago. I love making pesto and all the different variations (coriander-walnut is very tasty). We dont have a food processor so I used my boyfriends coffee bean grinder for some of it.
His coffee smelled of garlic for a week. Anyway, I'm too lazy to type up my recipe but it's attached in case you want to try pesto again (if you can read it). good luck and thanks again!
